Your Wedding Planning is a very important part of your Wedding Day and especially when planning your wedding Overseas. At Cyprus Wedding Experts we recognise this and provide for you as a part of your Wedding at Aphrodite Hills whether it has been tailor-made especially for you, or you have chosen one of our five wedding packages the following co-ordination prior to and on your wedding day:

Your own personal wedding co-ordinator both in the UK and in Cyprus.

Your wedding co-ordinator in the UK will prepare the plans for your wedding day in the months leading up to your wedding. Provide advice and assistance with colour schemes, wedding cake designs, wedding flower arrangements, discuss with you the photography and basically be on hand to put into detail your wedding dream ready to hand over all your requirements to your co-ordinator in Cyprus. She will also be on hand to answer all your questions regarding the venue you have chosen and you will over the months leading up to your wedding watch your wedding plans unfold in front of your eyes. Together with our Cyprus Team your UK Co-ordinator will arrange all your post arrival schedule, which includes arrangements with all the relevant Government Departments for your Marriage Licence and Registrar if your wedding is at an outdoor location in Cyprus and also Church Departments if you have booked a Religious Ceremony.

Your Personal Wedding Co-ordinator in Cyprus will take over from our UK team immediately after your arrival and she will firstly accompany you to your meetings at the Municipal Offices to formally register your intent to Marry. If you have booked a Religious Ceremony she will accompany you to your pre- wedding meeting with the Chucrh Vergers and Priest. And when all the paperwork formalities have been completed you will be invited to a meeting in a very relaxed and informal setting, this is where you will discuss the plans that you have made with your UK Wedding Co-ordinator, and also to go through anything you are unsure of, answer any last minute questions, calm the last minute nerves and dot the i's and cross the t's ready for you and your partner to embark on your wedding dream in Cyprus.

And on your wedding day your Co-ordinator in Cyprus will be in attendance throughout. Co-ordination on your day begins right from the very first moments with simple precision, whether its just an intimate affair with the two of you, your immediate family or a lavish event with lots of guests. She will ensure that with her team (dependent on the number of guests) they will oversee the order of the day, yet merging into the background with a watchful eye and when needed she will be there for you on hand, ensuring that you and your guests enjoy your perfect wedding day in one of the most beautiful locations in the Mediterranean, the Island of Aphrodite - Cyprus.
